Dog of the Week


Jackson is a seven month old male Labrador X. He was injured very badly in a road traffic accident, but with his own determination as well as lots of loving care, he has since made a full recovery. He was an excellent boy while recovering from his accident; wagging his tail caused him pain, but he still did it to say thank you, poor little guy!

The Munster Lost and Found Pet Helpline is a registered charity based in Cork which seeks to reunite lost pets with their owners through our free helpline and database of lost and found pets in the Munster region.

We offer advice to those who have lost or found a pet. We arrange for emergency shelter for stray pets, and if an owner is not found, we make the pet available for adoption and ensure that a loving new permanent home is found.

Every pet that we rehome is neutered or spayed, as well as being fully vaccinated. Our helpline provides practical advice to all pet owners, as well as those who have lost or found a pet and are unsure of what to do

Since our establishment, we’ve reunited hundreds of pets with their owners, and found devoted new homes for many more. We operate mainly throughout Munster: Cork, Kerry, Waterford, Limerick, Tipperary, and Clare.
